What you will do

• Du unterstützt uns bei spannenden internationalen Produktlaunch-Projekten, z.B. bei der Erstellung von Launch-Konzepten oder von Marketingmaterialien für die digitale Vermarktung und am Point of Sale
• Du hilfst bei der Durchführung und Auswertung von Marktforschungen
• Du recherchierst zu Produkten, Trends und Verbraucherbedürfnissen
• Du erstellst Umsatz-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Teilprojekte, dabei arbeitest du eng zusammen mit Agenturen, internen Schnittstellen (Einkauf, Produktion, Forschung & Entwicklung, Controlling, Sales etc.) sowie europäischen Tochtergesellschaften von tesa

What you will need

• Du hast Lust darauf für die Marke tesa® innovative & verbraucherrelevante Produkte zu launchen und kannst dich für Themen rund um Marketing und Produktmanagement im internationalen Umfeld begeistern
• Du bist aktuell immatrikuliert oder befindest dich im Gap-Year zwischen Bachelor und Master
• Dein Studium liegt idealerweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft (mit Schwerpunkt z.B. Marketing, Business Administration oder International Management). Grundsätzlich sind wir aber auch offen für überzeugende Quereinsteiger.
• Du bist kreativ, hast keine Scheu eigene Ideen einzubringen, Optimierungen vorzuschlagen und Dinge zu hinterfragen
• Du hast eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte & selbständige Arbeitsweise und bist bereit für deine Aufgaben & Projekte Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Du hast Lust Neues zu lernen, bist bereit mit anzupacken und suchst auch nach Lösungen, wenn es mal komplex wird 
• Du hast eine analytische Denkweise & kannst datenbasierte Entscheidungen treffen
• Du hast gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Programmen mit Schwerpunkt Powerpoint und Excel
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch sprichst du idealerweise fließend
