What you will do

  • Du unterstützt das Team bei laufenden Projekten zur Identifizierung und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im B2B-Bereich.
  • Du übernimmst die Teilprojektverantwortung für fundierte Marktrecherchen zu unseren Strategischen Fokus Feldern
  • Du bist zuständig für die Durchführung und Aufbereitung von Kundenanalysen sowie Markttrends
  • Du unterstützt die Bewertung von neuartigen Technologien und deren Anwendungen gemeinsam mit unserem Team
  • Du unterstützt die Erstellung von Marketing-Kommunikationsmaterialien für Kunden Pitches
  • Du unterstützt das Team bei der Lead-Generierung durch Recherche und Kaltakquise
  • Du unterstützt bei der Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von internationalen Messeauftritten
  • Du unterstützt bei der Zusammenarbeit mit den tesa Tochtergesellschaften im Ausland (weltweit)

What you will need

  • Du befindest Dich im Masterstudium – oder im Gap Year vor dem Masterstudium - zum Betriebswirtschaftler, studierst Marketing, oder einen vergleichbaren wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und mit externen Stakeholdern
  • Du verfügst über einen hohe Eigenmotivation und eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du hast Lust auf Innovation und kollaborative agile Arbeitsmethoden
  • Du bist über 6 Monate verfügbar und kannst problemlos regelmäßig vor Ort in Norderstedt präsent sein.
