What you will do
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO for our Board Office. In this critical role, you will support the CEO and senior leadership in driving growth initiatives and organizational transformation. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that strategic projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Governance & Management
- Lead meetings and committees, including coordination, preparation, moderation, and follow-up.
- Qualify and prioritize growth opportunities identified in existing markets, aligning with strategic goals and portfolio structures.
- Ensure project goals, budgets, and timelines are met; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage resources and assist in annual resource planning.
Strategic Support for the CEO
- Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for top management.
- Support the senior leadership team with meeting and workshop preparation.
- Analyze market trends and business developments to identify growth opportunities.
What you will need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or a re-lated field.
- Proven experience in a PMO role of at least 3 years is essential.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (experience in matrix organizations is an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and business op-portunities.
- Background in consulting, especially within the adhesive or chemical industry, would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills: must demonstrate the ability to convey ideas clearly while maintaining transparent communication.
- Empathetic and open-minded: ability to understand and connect with diverse perspectives.
- Strong ability in global networking and relationship building, particularly within an international environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with resource management and change management.
