Der 3-jährige Bachelor- sowie der 2-jährige Masterstudiengang in Data Science werden in Kooperation mit der Technischen Universität Hamburg (TUHH) angeboten. Alternativ besteht die Möglichkeit, den 1,5- bis 2-jährigen Masterstudiengang Data Science & AI in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachhochschule Wedel zu absolvieren. Der Start des dualen Studiums ist für den 1. September 2025 geplant.

Der akademische Teil vermittelt Dir die theoretischen Grundlagen, die Du in den Praxisphasen bei tesa direkt im Bereich Data Science anwenden kannst.

Während der Praxisphasen (8–12 Wochen pro Semester) unterstützt Du eines der folgenden Teams:

• Digitalisierung & Innovationsprozesse (Forschung & Entwicklung): In diesem Team bist Du für die Digitalisierung von F&E-Labor- und Pilotcenter-Prozessen verantwortlich. Dazu gehören Datenmanagement, Dateninterpretation, digitale Produktentwicklung und digitale Prozesszwillinge.
• Global Operations: In diesem Team spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Digitalisierung der Produktion bei tesa.

Unabhängig davon, für welche Abteilung Du Dich entscheidest, wirst Du an laufenden Projekten mitarbeiten, eigenständig das Tagesgeschäft unterstützen und Dein erlerntes Wissen direkt in der Praxis anwenden können.

What you will need

Für den Bachelor:

• Du stehst kurz vor deinem Schulabschluss oder hast diesen bereits abgeschlossen
• Du erfüllst die Voraussetzungen der TUHH, um das Bachelor-Programm in Data Science zu starten
• Du bist begeistert von modernen IT-Technologien sowie von Zahlen und Analysen und hast keine Scheu, mit modernen Tools zu arbeiten
• Du hast Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und lösungsorientierte Konzepte zu entwickeln
• Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse und bist idealerweise mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen vertraut

Für den Master:

• Du hast ein Bachelor-Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder befindest dich aktuell im Bachelor-Studium (z. B. Informatik, Physik, Ingenieurwissenschaften mit IT-Schwerpunkt, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Studiengänge)
• Du erfüllst alle Voraussetzungen der FH Wedel/TUHH, um das Master-Programm in Data Science (& AI) zu beginnen
• Du bist begeistert von modernen IT-Technologien sowie von Zahlen und Analysen und hast keine Scheu, mit modernen Tools zu arbeiten
• Du hast Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und lösungsorientierte Konzepte zu entwickeln
• Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse und bist idealerweise mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen vertraut
