Intern Regulatory Affairs & Business Operations (m/f/x)

What you will do

Are you passionate about regulatory affairs and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment? Join our team as an Intern and contribute to our mission of ensuring compliance and excellence in our products. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• You will respond to simple customer requests, providing clear and concise information to address their inquiries.
• You will prepare data by organizing material information to be integrated into various internal and external systems.
• You will be responsible for entering the collected data accurately and efficiently.
• You will gather missing information from suppliers via our procurement team to ensure data completeness.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders, such as procurement, to streamline processes and enhance communication.
• You will maintain data by validating and updating records in systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• You will validate material compositions by using tools to determine if products meet regulatory standards and can be sold.

What you will need

•  You study Chemical Engineering, Chemical Science, Sustainability, Economics or other related studies
• You are familiar with MS Office programs, experiences in working with SAP and IMDS is a plus
• You have a strong digital affinity and an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems
• You have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a data driven environment
• You have very good written and spoken Englisch skills (Level B2 or higher), German skills are a plus
• You are available for 6 months
