Als einer der führenden Klebebandhersteller legen wir großen Wert auf Innovation und den Schutz geistigen Eigentums. Wir arbeiten eng mit Chemikern und Ingenieuren in unseren Laboren in Norderstedt, Sparta und Suzhou zusammen und schützen Entwicklungen durch Patente, Gebrauchsmuster und Verträge. Du hast die Möglichkeit, vielseitige und interessante Tätigkeiten auf der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik und Recht kennenzulernen:

  • Du unterstützt uns bei der digitalen Transformation durch Optimierung von Prozessen und Workflows
  • Du nutzt KI unterstützende Werkzeuge und erstellst autonome Agenten und Dashboards
  • Du entwickelst Datenmodelle und Strukturen zur Unterstützung unserer Patentarbeit
  • Du erstellst digitale Lerninhalte in zielgruppenorientierten Formaten
  • Du vergleichst externe Software für ein potentielle Integration

What you will need

  • Du bist in einem MINT oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang eingeschrieben und bringst erste Erfahrungen in Datenanalyse und Programmierung mit
  • Du hast ein starkes Interesse an digitaler Transformation und Upskilling.
  • Du bringst Kreativität, Ausdauer und den Willen mit, neue digitale und KI-Lösungen zu entwickeln und einzuführen.
  • Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest selbstständig und gewissenhaft.
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
