Working Student Global Procurement - Project Management (m/f/d)

What you will do

We are seeking two motivated working students to support the creation and implementation of a new NPI (New Product Introduction) procurement process at tesa. You will play a key role in building project and supplier databases, ensuring cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and supporting process documentation and endorsement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in mapping and documenting the NPI procurement process
  • Develop and maintain project and supplier databases (using Excel, SharePoint, or similar tools)
  • Gather, analyze, and consolidate data from various sources
  • Support workshops and meetings with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Quality, Operations)
  • Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholder endorsement
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Support process improvement initiatives as needed

What you will need

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Familiarity with AI-based data analysis or automation tools is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Interest in procurement, project management, or process optimization
