What you will do
- Beratung der Fachabteilungen, nationalen und internationalen tesa Gesellschaften im Bereich des Zoll- und Präferenzrechts
- Einreihung von Waren
- Pflege von Aussenhandelsstammdaten im SAP GTS (4/Hana)
- Ausstellen und Einholen von präferenzrechtlichen Lieferantenerklärungen sowie durchführen der Präferenzkalkulationen über das SAP GTS (4/Hana)
- Unterstützung bei Zollprüfungen
- Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zollprozessen
- Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Projekten in der tesa Welt
What you will need
- ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsrecht, einem ähnlichen Studiengang oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und bereits erste Berufs- oder Projekterfahrungen
- Kenntnisse im Bereich des Zoll-, Warenursprungs- und Präferenzrecht
- Eine strukturierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit im Bereich der abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit auch mit nationalen und internationalen Projektteams
- Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gute SAP / S4Hana und MS Office Kenntnisse, SAP GTS Kenntnisse wünschenswert
