What you will do

  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Bereitstellung und Betrieb von Anwendungen der Automatisierungstechnik
  • Unterstützung eines Produktionsbereiches in der Wartung und Instandhaltung
  • Sicherstellen der elektrotechnischen Verfügbarkeit von Produktionsanlagen in enger Abstimmung mit dem EMR Betriebsingenieur
  • Installieren, Inbetriebnehmen von Maschinen und Anlagen sowie, durchführen vorbeugender Instandhaltung, KVP sowie Ausführung und Programmierung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen an Produktionsanlagen mit programmierbaren Steuerungen, rechnergestützer Prozessleitsysteme und Servo-Antriebstechnik
  • Einhalten einschlägiger Gesetze, Verordnungen, Vorschriften sowie Umsetzen von allen anfallenden Prüfungen an elektronischen Anlagen

What you will need

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker/in der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik mit dem Schwerpunkt Automatisierungstechnik
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik
  • Kenntnisse im Betrieb produktionsnaher IT (Hardware, Betriebssysteme, Netzwerktechnik und Anwendungsprogramme)
  • Besondere Kenntnisse in der SPS-Automatisierung (Schwerpunkt Siemens-SIMATIC S7 Classic / TIA Portal) sowie Antriebstechnik (Lenze/Siemens)
  • Verständnis für Prozess- und Produktionszusammenhänge
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Office-Anwendungen
  • Kommunikation und Teamfähigkeit
