Werkstudent HR Services & ELR (m/w/d)

What you will do
- Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Erfassung von Arbeitsunfähigkeiten und Betreuung des Fehlzeitenmanagements
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und anderen HR-Dokumenten
- Du arbeitest im Tagesgeschäft mit, z.B. bei der Pflege von Personalakten und der Organisation von Schulungen
- Du verantwortest das Onboarding der Werkstudenten und Praktikanten
- Du arbeitest in kleineren HR-Projekten im Bereich HR Services
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für das Thema Job Bike Leasing und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Programms
What you will need
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in im Bereich Personalwesen, BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich, insbesondere im Bereich Fehlzeitenmanagement und Onboarding
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Du bist zuverlässig, engagiert und teamfähig
- Du hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und sehr gut Englisch
- Du besitzt die Bereitschaft zur längerfristigen Tätigkeit (mind. 1 Jahr)
