What you will do

  • Umsetzen von Anforderung/Optimierungen für Produktionsprozesse im Automatisierungsbereich
    • Steuerungssoftware (S7 Classic / TIA / Safety)
    • Antriebstechnik (Siemens / Lenze)
    • Visualisierung (TIA HMI / WinCC 7.X)
    • Planen von Änderungen in Schaltschränken
  • Digitalisierung bestehender Produktionsanlagen und -systemen, zum Beispiel:
    • Rollout von zentraler Historian Software für Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsanlagen
    • Einführung von Product traceability Prozessen mittels digitalen Zwillings (RFID / QR-Code / SQL)
  • Lösung von interdisziplinären und fachübergreifenden Themen im Team
  • Projektmanagement, Termin- und Budgetplanung
  • Erstellung von Lastenheften und Funktionsbeschreibungen für externe Ausführungen
  • Funktionsprüfung / Inbetriebnahme Elektronik, Steuerungssoftware (TIA, Safety), Visualisierungen und Kommunikationssystem

What you will need

  • Technischer Hochschulabschluss (z.B. Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik) mit idealerweise vorausgegangener Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen sind wünschenswert 
  • Kenntnisse in der Projektierung von Maschinen sowie verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen
  • Grundverständnis für den Betrieb von produktionsnaher IT (Hardware, Betriebssysteme, Netzwerktechnik und Anwendungsprogramme)
  • Selbständigkeit, Kundenorientierung, Strukturiertes Denken und das Vermögen sich in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten sowie sich selbst zu organisieren
