What you will do

  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse unter den Gesichtspunkten Sicherheit, Umwelt, Qualität und Produktivität
  • Leitung und Unterstützung von Projekten zur Qualitäts- und Kostenoptimierung von Fokussortimenten
  • Mitwirken an interdisziplinären Projekten im Bereich Digitalisierung, Technik und Produktentwicklung
  • Auswahl, Machbarkeitsanalysen und Empfehlung von innovativen Technologien
  • Einleiten, bewerten und nachhalten von Maßnahmen aus internen und externen Reklamationen
  • Erstellung, Kontrolle und Pflege von Herstelldokumenten

What you will need

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
  • idealerweise bereits erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte und methodische Arbeitsweise
  • sehr ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • IT-Affinität 
  • hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Lean-Methoden
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
