- Global Sustainability Network: Foster the development and efficiency gains of our global sustainability network by identifying and cultivating relevant skills and roles.
- Integration into HR Processes: Collaborate as a core member of the Sustainability leadership team to seamlessly integrate Corporate Social Responsibility into various HR processes, including recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, and employee engagement, on a global scale.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure that HR processes, policies, and data align with necessary reporting standards (CSRD, LkSG, EcoVadis) with a specific focus on elements related to social sustainability.
- Extensive HR Experience: Bring more than 10 years of operational and strategic HR experience to the table, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry standards and sustainable practices.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, driving behavioral change and fostering a culture of sustainability.
- Project Management: Showcase strong project management skills, ensuring the successful execution of sustainability initiatives and problem-solving to overcome challenges.
- Data Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, utilizing insights to drive informed decision-making in support of sustainability and corporate social responsibility goals.
