Your Tasks

We're seeking an exceptional Content Marketing Manager (m/f/x) to join us. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand awareness, thought leadership in innovation and sustainability, and lead generation across our B2B audiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop an overarching content strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and buyer personas to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Work closely with Industry Marketing Communications managers, Product Marketing, Regional marketing teams, as well as other departments to develop and execute the content strategy on a global scale.
  • Own the global content marketing topic, serving as the strategic leader and subject matter expert in a matrix organization.
  • Craft a rich content portfolio including videos, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, webinars, email campaigns, and more.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs.
  • Leverage SEO best practices to optimize content for search and discoverability.
  • Explore and build network of industry influencers and guest contributors to expand content reach.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and continuously refine the strategy based on data-driven insights.
  • Leverage AI tools and AI prompts to scale up the content creation and roll-out.
  • Stay up to date on latest content innovations and industry trends, constantly seeking ways to elevate our content delivery.
  • Act as a champion for the brand, ensuring that all content reflects the company’s values, mission, and distinctive voice.

Your Profile

  •  5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the technology, sustainability, or engineering space, ideally in B2B context.
  • You’re a strategic thinker who’s able to develop comprehensive strategies for our B2B positioning on digital platforms, search, and social media.
  • You are passionate about creating content that educates, celebrates, and inspires our prospects and customers in their search for a product or solution.
  • You have a strong technological/digital affinity and enjoy working with highly technical products and solutions.
  • You have proven track record of developing and executing successful cross-media content strategies that drive tangible business results.
  • You have excellent storytelling, writing, editing and AI prompt crafting skills with the ability to create compelling, on-brand content.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance and optimize accordingly.
  • You have experience in creating and scaling content for global audiences.
