Your Tasks

  • Mutual Bottom-up proposal for the Annual Business Plan together with sales based on defined international key projects
  • Plan, organize, monitor and steer all trade marketing activities (e-retail and stationary) i.e. local price and promotion, for the responsible categories
  • Take full responsibility of the marketing budget within the dedicated categories 
  • Manage the localization process of the international commercial packages to ensure successful launches in coordination with Brand & Media, S&C Team, IMM and sales segments 
  • Develop and implement the POS strategy in alignment with the S&C team
  • Strengthen the collaboration between marketing and sales by joining KAM at customer visits to present marketing concepts
  • Own the local dedicated product assortment from a marketing perspective (product life cycle, pricing, communication)
  • Gain expert knowledge in the dedicated categories and channels by gathering and exchanging market data (GfK, customers sell-out data, competition, products)
  • Enable the sales force to represent the brand and our product assortment towards trade partners and push sales

Your Profile

  • Business Administration (Masters) or equivalent, preferred with a marketing/innovation/business development focus
  • At least three years of appropriate working experience in trade marketing, product, brand, innovation and/or digital marketing management
  • Proven experience and success in development and launch of new, application-oriented product, marketing activation or business concepts
  • Strategical-conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Systematic approach as elaborating different topics, determination
  • Experience with multidisciplinary teams, preferred in project management
  • High self-motivation, excellent communication skills, assertiveness and team spirit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Profound Microsoft Office skills, strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of GfK/Nielsen market panels, Ideation and Collaboration tools of advantage
  • Willingness to travel (20%)
