  • Specialize in IT Procurement focusing on sub-categories like Services, Software and Hardware
  • Lead and manage global tender processes across relevant categories and regions
  • Coordinate and engage with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers to ensure performance and value delivery
  • Conduct and lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and procurement standards throughout the process
  • Develop and implement robust category strategies with a focus on continuous improvement and cost optimization
  • Oversee and ensure effective governance of the end-to-end purchase-to-pay (P2P) process

Your Profile

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement
  •  Demonstrated ability to lead and drive successful negotiations
  •  Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Proactive, results-oriented, and structured working style
  •  Knowledge in HR, Marketing or Professional Services is a plus
  •  Fluent in English and German
  •  Open-minded with a strong growth mindset and eagerness to learn
