As a Product Developer for Electrically Conductive Coatings at tesa, you’ll be at the forefront of developing next-generation conductive pastes and coatings that enable smarter, more connected technologies. You’ll work hands-on in transforming concepts into tangible products that meet real-world needs — all while collaborating closely with experts from production, marketing, and R&D to bring new ideas to life.

Your tasks include:

  • Develop and optimize electrically conductive pastes and coatings

  • Apply and test conductive coatings on electrically insulating materials such as plastics

  • Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and technology development teams

  • Conduct laboratory experiments, analyze data, and document findings

  • Continuously improve existing products and processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations are met

Your Profile

  • University degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience in materials science and engineering, especially with conductive pastes and coatings

  • Strong technical understanding and knowledge of coating techniques on plastic materials

  • Solution-oriented, independent, and structured working style

  • Quick comprehension, assertiveness, and creativity

  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working in an international, interdisciplinary team

  • Fluent English skills; German is a plus
