What you will do

  • Assist the Procurement Manager for global Air and Sea Freight categories
  • Provide first-level support for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding air and sea freight
  • Coordinate and communicate potential savings, improvements, or risks with various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the global logistics team to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs
  • Continuous benchmark activities and spot rate checks to reduce costs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and contribute innovative ideas

What you will need

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, international business, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders on a global scale
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Experience or knowledge in logistics or supply chain management, especially Air and Sea Freight
