What you will do
Are you passionate about driving excellence in IT process management and making a significant impact on global IT operations? Join our dynamic team at tesa as an IT Process Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in managing ITIL processes, overseeing major incidents, and leading change advisory boards.
Task in detail:
- Manage ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Personally oversee Major Incidents and lead Change Advisory Boards (CAB).
- Act as the primary contact for external service providers regarding ITIL processes.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve processes, standards, and procedures for tesa's global IT, e.g. service reviews, knowledge management, service desk
- Act as stand-in for our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) when necessary and support audits.
What you will need
- ITIL certification is a must have
- Solid experience in ServiceNow
- 5-7 years of experience in process management
- Experience in a similar role within a global organization
- Knowledge of information security practices and protocols
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skill in IT and business
- Ability to work independently
- English language skill is mandatory, German is a plus
