What you will do

  • Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Erfassung von Arbeitsunfähigkeiten und Betreuung des Fehlzeitenmanagements
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und anderen HR-Dokumenten
  • Du arbeitest im Tagesgeschäft mit, z.B. bei der Pflege von Personalakten und der Organisation von Schulungen
  • Du verantwortest das Onboarding der Werkstudenten und Praktikanten
  • Du arbeitest in kleineren HR-Projekten im Bereich HR Services
  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für das Thema Job Bike Leasing und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Programms

What you will need

  • Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in im Bereich Personalwesen, BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich, insbesondere im Bereich Fehlzeitenmanagement und Onboarding
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Du bist zuverlässig, engagiert und teamfähig
  • Du hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation 
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und sehr gut Englisch 
  • Du besitzt die Bereitschaft zur längerfristigen Tätigkeit (mind. 1 Jahr)
