What you will do

We are a globally operating company that places the highest value on quality and compliance. To support our Regulatory Affairs department, we are looking for reliable and dedicated support to help us maintain and further develop our high standards.

  • Supporting the Regulatory Affairs team with all administrative and organizational tasks
  • Maintaining and managing documents, databases, and internal systems
  • Assisting with the preparation, creation, and updating of reports, presentations, and communication materials
  • Communicating and corresponding with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners

What you will need

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in assistance or administration, preferably in a compliance environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured working approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • High level of initiative, reliability, and ideally a strong interest in regulatory topics
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
