Product Developer Electrically Conductive Coatings (m/f/x)

What you will do

  • Development and optimization of electrically conductive pastes
  • Application and testing of conductive coatings on electrically insulating materials such as plastic
  • Close collaboration with colleagues from production, marketing, and technology development
  • Conduction of laboratory experiments, analysis, and documentation of results
  • Continuous analysis and improvement of existing products and processes to increase quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring quality standards and compliance with safety regulations

What you will need

  • Completed university degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Ideally experience in materials science and engineering, particularly with conductive pastes and coatings
  • Strong technical understanding and knowledge of coating techniques on plastic materials
  • Solution-orientated, independent and structured way of working
  • Quick comprehension, assertiveness and creativity
  • High level of communication skills and enjoy working in an international and interdisciplinary team
  • Fluent English skills, German is a plus
