What you will do

  • Unterstützung im gesamten Bewerbungsprozess - von der Stellenausschreibung über die Kommunikation mit Bewerbenden bis zur Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Bewerbermanagementsystems
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen sowie Vorbereitung und Koordination der Betriebsratsanhörungen
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung administrativer Tätigkeiten wie z.B. Pflege von Personalakten, Erstellung von Bescheinigungen und Dokumentationen
  • Einblicke in die tägliche Personalarbeit und Unterstützung bei der Betreuung unser Mitarbeitenden
  • Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-Prozesse sowie Unterstützung bei kleineren Projekten zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität

What you will need

  • Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozial-oder Rechtswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal - alternativ befindest du dich im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master 
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch relevante Praktika oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Sicher in der Verwendung von MS Office, insb. Excel
  • Selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kreativität sowie ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations-und Teamfähigkeit
  • Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
