What you will do

At headquarters of our innovative company for adhesive solutions we are running an Accounting Shared Service Center. We are providing professional business services for our 30 German and European entities.

In this finance driven environment, secure processes are essential to our business and fraud prevention is becoming a key element of our modern A/P strategy. Here we are combining secure processes with highly accurate master data. Your contribution will help us to make the next step.

With your creativity, motivation, experience, and IT-minded skills, you can help us im-prove our safety nets. We look forward to receiving your application in German or English.

• You support the Global Procurement and the Accounts Payable Departments in performing the vendor master data update project.
• You execute active verification steps for requested vendor master data changes. In these cases, your two-factor-authentication will defy social Engineering fraud attempts.
• You contribute to our project to establish a test routine according to the “Verification-of-Payee-Service” offered by our European banks starting in Q4 2025

What you will need

• You are in your studies with an Accounting, Finance or Business Administration background.
• You are highly self-motivated and work independently
• You are interested in practical work and project participation.
• You work with high precision and reliability
• You speak fluent German or English
• You are confident in using modern IT
