This is what your dual study program at tesa looks like
As a member of the sales team, the Sales Support team supports building up strong relations with our focus customers and contributing to the overall success of the sales strategy. We work closely with tesa key account managers and customers in the consumer sector.
Your responsibilities include the following:
- Key partner to sales team and customers in coordinating and supporting activities in regards of launches and rollouts, customer specific projects, campaigns, promotional projects, exhibitions and POS activities
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally, providing information, resolving issues, and coordinating with relevant teams
- Maintain listings, create customer-specific planograms, distributing marketing materials and product information
- Coordination between all intern interfaces (Sales Teams, Marketing, BusOps, Logistics, Finance, Master data, Demand & Supply planning and legal)
- Preparation and updating of customer web shops (image and text updates)
- Coordinate Customer Portal management
- Assist sales with editing tenders and creating quotations
- Analysis and creation of sales reports with BI
What you will need
- You are passionate about sales and enjoy working with customers
- Your are an enrollend student and are currently doing your bachelor or master degree and are ideally studying business administration
- You enjoy working in a team
- You have a structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- You are willing to take on responsibility and show initiative
- You have an analytical mindset
- You have good knowledge of MS-Office programs, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel and first SAP skills
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills
