Rüstzeitoptimierung unter Einbeziehung von Lean-Management-Methoden sowie Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit, Ergonomie und Arbeitssicherheit

Es erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Analyse des bestehenden Rüstprozesses (Ist-Aufnahme)
  • Ausarbeitung von optimierten Arbeitsprozessen über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg
  • Abstimmung der Ideen und Konzepte mit Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Implementierung der optimierten Abläufe zusammen mit den Produktionsteams

What you will need

  • Bachelorstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik bzw. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
  • Hohe Verantwortungsübernahme sowie selbständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Spaß am Arbeiten in Teams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit allen gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
