Your Tasks

The Legal Team Competition & Corporate Law is responsible for all trademark, unfair competition, design and copyright matters within the tesa group

Tasks:

  • Legal advice regarding all trademark, unfair competition, design and copyright related matters
  • Conducting trademark searches for new brand names and providing legal advice with regard to protectability and availability
  • Legal support regarding the protection of trademarks and designs
  •  Handling of the external Online Brand Protection service 

 

Your Profile

  • You are currently studying law or business law (Bachelor or Master) or have already passed your first state exam
  • Relevant experiences in trademark, unfair competition and/ or copyright law
  • Personal drive, solution oriented with the ability to prioritize
  • Global mindset and good English skills
