Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for International Market Management for the industrial B2B and digital business sub-segments
  • Global turnover, revenue and market share responsibility for the assigned customer groups
  • Support in the development and implementation of the e-commerce strategy specifically for Industrial Trade & Converting with a focus on digital marketplaces, web shops and customer portals as well as strategical development of our customer collaboration platform
  • Definition and implementation of channel and customer-specific concepts, including product range design, pricing policy, sales documents, promotions and events in cooperation with regions on global scale
  • Initiation of marketing measures
  • Preparation of sales and marketing plans
  • Ensuring the implementation of marketing events and development of corrective measures in case of deviations from the plan together with International Market Management and the regions
  • Channel-related market and competition analysis in the supported segments
  • Supervision and monitoring of the marketing budget defined within the framework of annual planning
  • Support for the implementation of the Market Management Roadmap (Trade Offering, E-Commerce Tools, Business Platform, Pricing, Key Account Approach,...)

Your Profile

  • Degree in business administration, such as industrial/business economics, industrial engineering
  • Foundational relevant professional experience, including marketing and/or sales, ideally also internationally in B2B
  • ecommerce experience as a prerequisite
  • Analytical, process-oriented thinking as well as a systematic approach when dealing with complex issues, customer centric
  • High level of self-motivation, communication skills, assertiveness, team spirit and cultural awareness
  • Experience in project management an advantage
  • Experience with the internal and international coordination of all involved areas, e.g. Sales, Product Management, Trade Marketing, Controlling,... as well as stakeholder Management
  • Excellent spoken and written English, command of other foreign languages an advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills Willingness for business trips
