As Manager e-Commerce Analytics & BI for the tesa consumer e-commerce business, you are responsible for the analysis and reporting framework for our digital sales channels. Based on your detailed data analysis and data structuring, you provide valuable insights and performance-driven recommendations to the sales and marketing departments. By analyzing performance and providing actionable KPIs for the team you contribute to the steady growth of tesa´s eCommerce business.

Your Tasks

  • Continuously improve a central reporting tool (MS Power BI) for all e-commerce activities of the consumer business
  • Provide explicit sales and marketing reports for the operational teams as well as management
  • Define and control critical e-commerce and online marketing KPIs and develop a daily KPI monitoring
  • Develop a testing and analytics framework for data-based decision-making and recommend appropriate actions to the team and the management
  • Analyze and evaluate online marketing campaigns, digital sales actions, online shop functions and product innovation launches
  • Set-up a customized communication flow for different stakeholders
  • Provide support for all relevant business fields of e-commerce, including marketing, shop and website performance, and product launches
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends and best practices

Your Profile

  • University degree in business management, economics, informatics, science, technology or mathematics
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence with a focus in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Highly analytical and structured working approach
  • Detailed knowledge of the common tracking, analytics, and reporting tools, such as MS Power BI, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Sistrix, SAP Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience in the Consumer  / Retail market
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and in the implementation of new BI tools
  • Strong social skills and good communication with diverse stakeholders in an international environment
  • Agile mindset, hands on mentality, and strong customer focus
  • Excellent written and spoken English, basic German skills are a plus
