Your Tasks

  • Translate tesa Consumer Masterbrand positioning into initiatives to deliver a remarkable brand experience and win with consumers at all touchpoints
  • Drive development of Master Packaging Designs & ensure brand consistency throughout the category specific implementation & roll-out of new Packaging Design Guidelines across various product categories in close collaboration with Product Management colleagues
  • Accelerate brand building, engagement and conversion by defining tesa specific content standards & brand appearance across key touchpoints
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate the output quality & effectiveness of defined activities, derive learnings and corrective actions to optimize the performance based on defined KPIs
  • Responsibility for the target group specific planning, conception and production of 360° Campaigns & Master Content on brand, category and product level
  • Achieve brand consistency in the markets by synchronizing content implementation & coordinating a streamlined international localization process
  • Act as a trend scout for our brand: Identify, shape, and execute growth opportunities, trends & innovative ideas to push forward our brand strategy and experience
  • Steering & coordination of agency partners and service providers
  • Budget planning & monitoring for your respective projects within agreed measures

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree in economics, marketing or a comparable program
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in Brand Management in a Consumer Goods / FMCG context and a digital environment
  • Proven track record in Packaging (Master) Design creation and related product content across all relevant touchpoints (online & offline)
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional projects
  • Experience in agency steering
  • Sensitivity to working across markets and cultures
  • Agile mindset, hands-on mentality and high sense of consumer centricity combined with curiosity, creativity and fun working in interdisciplinary and international teams
  • First experience in 360° Content and Campaign Development with external Agencies (creative development & full production process) is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • English business fluent, German and other languages an advantage
