Your Tasks

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team at tesa SE and take charge of our digital key accounts and marketplace presence. As the Digital Key Account & Marketplace Manager on a 2 year contract basis, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships, optimizing online sales channels, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. We are ideally looking for a candidate who has a passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and relationship management, this role offers a unique chance to shape the future of our business in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Tasks:

  • Managing Digital Key Account Channel. Steering & developing strategic Digital Key Accounts and Marketplaces across Europe and continuously analyze further business opportunities. He/she makes sure that international eCommerce tesa objectives will be carried out successfully.
  • Developing and roll out of holistic channel strategy by using deep eCommerce market, customer understanding and individual customer strategies & action plans
  • Continuously satisfy consumer & customer needs & establish long-term customer relationships also by regular customer meetings / visits
  • Lead customer negotiations to conclude commercial agreements (contracts, bonus, trade spent, prices, listings & promotions)
  • Develop customer marketing & action plans to improve tesa availability, visibility & conversion and therefore increase market share on the platform
  • Define channel and individual pricing strategy within tesa eCommerce pricing guidelines and implement customer price adjustments
  • Actively manage the appointed business and monitors progress based on defined KPIs incl. planning & steering of customer specific sales, ABP, GM & budgets
  • Project Lead and Management of appointed (international) eCommerce projects
  • Digital Key Account Channel Operational Excellence Management. Managing cross-functional projects together with other Management Units to improve processing and operations to manage eCommerce DKA business efficiently based on defined tool landscape and aligned with other tesa Consumer Sales Channel 

Your Profile

  •  Bachelor / Master in Business Administration or eCommerce or proven eCommerce expertise in practice
  • 5-8 years experience in eCommece and international Key Account Management
  • Very good knowledge of eCommerce market specifics and functionality
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills on management level
  • Good knowledge in content and performance marketing
  • Good knowledge and experience of all common office programs and eCommece analytics tools
  • Wide Amazon expertise is of advantage
  •  English and German is required, a 3rd language is a plus
  • Strategic and conceptional skills; being extreme good in numbers, figures and analytics
  • Flexible, agile and solution oriented working style
