Your Tasks

You will play a pivotal role in driving the harmonization of marketing processes across all Business Units and regions to bolster digitalization efforts. Your mandate will extend to professionalizing and elevating marketing practices, specifically focusing on orchestrating impactful product launches and streamlining product lifecycle management for maximum efficiency. In addition, you will be tasked with developing and sustaining comprehensive marketing training initiatives aimed at enhancing the skill sets and methodologies of the team. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of product-related data will be paramount in enabling informed, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Tasks:

  • Develop and implement a unified marketing standards across all Business Units (BUs) and regions to support digitalization and ensure consistency.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the current marketing processes and propose effective solutions to professionalize marketing.
  • Develop and maintain marketing training programs focused on enhancing methodologies and skills.
  • Ensure high data quality for all product-related information.
  • Lead the team, providing guidance, feedback, and support for success.
  • Advocate for resources and team expansion to enhance marketing excellence across the organization.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive marketing training programs to improve the methodologies and skills of product managers.

Your Profile

  • A Master's Degree from leading universities
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B Marketing
  • Deep knowledge of product management, systems, data, and related processes
  • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end marketing processes
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, providing valuable insights from the customer's perspective
  • Ability to simplify complex situations and implement pragmatic solutions
  • Proven track record of identifying and addressing existing gaps, challenging the status quo, and driving change resilience
  • Experience in influencing and guiding stakeholders across marketing domains
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to naturally persuade stakeholders and foster collaboration
