We are looking for reinforcement for our team: Someone who supports our newly introduced HR master data system Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors) globally. Someone who can help us on our way to becoming a data-driven HR function. Someone who enjoys learning new things and helping an organization break new ground. And someone who can laugh at oneself from time to time. 


  • Digitalization: Work with HR and IT teams to understand HR processes, find areas to improve digitally, help document requirements for configuring HR modules of SAP SuccessFactors, test new digital solutions, train HR staff and end-users on digital tools and processes, and document best practices.
  • HR Master Data Management: Assist in creating and upkeeping HR master data standards, documentation, policies, and procedures. Analyze and validate data to uncover discrepancies and suggest solutions for improving data quality.
  • Trainings: Develop and hold trainings and support the user community. 

Your Profile

  • Your studies: enrolled in a Business (Business Administration, Business Psychology) or Data Science related masters degree program, ideally for at least a year
  • Your passion: People and Data and how they go hand in hand together 
  • Your mindset: Analytical with problem-solving skills and attention to structure and detail 
  • Your people skills: Self-confident and able to express information appropriate for target audiences in English and ideally also German, intercultural competence and very good team player 
  • Your extended profile: Fluent in handling common MS Office applications, Sharepoint and HR experience are of advantage
