Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and timely deliver high-quality campaigns and content that appeals to the target audiences, by collaborating with Regions, Business Units, and with the support of agency partners.
  • Develop and maintain market insights, target personas, and customer journeys for specific market segments​.
  • Develop the global yearly marketing communications plan, in collaboration with the Business Units and Regions​
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent and relevant across all markets, and that all communications reflect the brand's values and identity.​
  • Support the Regions to deliver effective marketing campaigns and lead generation activities, via guidelines and collaborative reviews. Foster best practice sharing.​
  • Develop core content to support product launches.​
  • Oversee and report out global quarterly marcom results and make future recommendations. ​
  • Continuously look for ways to improve digital and non-digital properties based on personas, customer insights, market trends, competitor landscape and journey mapping.​
  • Represent the Marketing function in the organization as its content ambassador and ensure business and customer intimacy

Your Profile

  • A Bachelor's Degree or similar in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a marketing communication or agency role,​ preferably in the technology, sustainability, or engineering space, ideally in B2B context.
  • Strong experience working with integrated marketing campaigns​ and in managing and executing digital, social (LinkedIn) and email activations (marketing automation)​
  • Experience analyzing and monitoring web traffic and related analytics ​
  • You are a creative thinker with solid analytical skills​ and the ability to manage content development across multiple channels​
  • You bring a very strong eye for detail​ and have a pragmatic approach to managing crises - someone who always finds a way to “get it done”.​
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally​.
  • Top notch spoken and written English, German is a plus.
