Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for the management and development of assigned accounts in EMEA and alignment of their project and activities on a global scale
  • Accountability for the achievement of the planned turnover and margin targets and for assuring a continuous significant and profitable growth for the assigned accounts
  • Managing the Spec.-In for the assigned OEMs and the relevant value chain on a global scale
  • Conduction of an efficient Tech Center and Plant coverage and supporting this for all relevant accounts within the assigned Territory
  • Generating a sustained Project Pipeline, ensure the implementation and drive the approval process including application engineering
  • Providing input for the Strategy Development of the EMEA Region and the global sales strategy for the assigned accounts

Your Profile

  • Technical degree with profound commercial experience or commercial degree with high technical affinity and experience in technical sales
  • 5 - 10 years’ experience in specialty sales to industrial customers or comparable industry knowledge
  • Experience in Wire Harnessing Manufacturing Industry, Automotive OEM or Automotive Tier Suppliers Industry is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and strong team player
  • Preferably first team leading experience in a matrix organization
  • Good analytical skill set
  • Fluent German and English skills (in writing + verbal)
  • Readiness to travel
