Your Tasks

  • Develop & drive shortage prevention process​

  • Prepare and execute allocations per region in case of a global shortage situation​

  • Force decision making process and take decisions based on inter-divisional measures​ and ensure stakeholder communication to Marketing, Sales and tSN Management​

  • Decide on production priorities in all plants incl. potential transport mode adaptions​

  • Inter-divisional consultancy for solution proposals in case of shortages​

  • Review and adapt processes to improve global shortage process​

  • Lead and coach global shortage community (e.g. initiating & leading expert meetings)​

  • Ensure shortage prevention measures​

  • Monitor global supply and demand trends to identify potential shortages in advance.

Your Profile

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Economics or Industrial Engineering​

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain environment​

  • Good knowledge in SAP-MM module as well as related interfaces to other SAP modules​

  • Strong team player with intercultural communication skills​

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills ​

  • Strong resilience capability and a hands-on mentality​

  • English required
