Your Tasks

The SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) within tesa´s Digital & IT unit is the driving force behind our digital transformation through state-of-the-art SAP solutions. As the Team Lead SAP Finance / Procurement / HR you will be reporting to the Head of SAP CoE and be guiding a team of 10 in-house SAP consultants. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering innovative SAP projects, ensuring best practices and enhancing system integration. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our SAP landscape and contribute to our ongoing success.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Oversee demand and project delivery in SAP FI, CO, MM, Ariba and SuccessFactors
  • Set goals and manage performance in line with SAP CoE objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules
  • Manage team resources and workload
  • Manage business stakeholders in Finance, Controlling, Procurement and Human Resources
  • Stay updated with SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and motivate team, encourage professional growth and development


 

Your Profile

  • Relevant university degree or business education
  • More than 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of SAP consultants
  • Proficiency in two of the SAP modules FI, CO, MM, Ariba or SuccessFactors
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to handle conflicts and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
