Your Tasks

Are you a young and ambitious individual looking to gain valuable experience in the field of Business Development?

We are currently seeking a proactive and open-minded Business Development Intern focused on customer acquisition to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a multinational company with a strong focus on Business Development and the chance to participate in a variety of projects.

The Business Development Consumer Team takes care of a wide range of tasks ranging from the acquisition of new channels and customers to specific projects such as sustainability communication towards our trade partners. 

Specifically, your tasks could include any of the following: 

  • You support the identification of new business opportunities and the development of sales strategies  
  • You support us in defining assortments for specific customer groups and help develop strategies for different channels
  • You assist other teams in specific projects, such as preparing presentations regarding sustainability 
  • You carry out market- and competitor analyses for various countries   
  • You analyse sales data and create reports and dashboards  
  • You participate and prepare internal and external meetings, including meetings with customers and suppliers 

Your Profile

  • You are proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • You are familiar with MS Office programs and you have very good written and oral English skills.
  • You are native or fluent in German
  • You are available for 6 months starting in February 2025
  • You have a strong digital affinity and an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • You are committed and are willing to take initiative.
