Team Lead BI & Reporting (m/f/d)

Lead and manage a team of data engineers, BI analysts, and IoT specialists.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP BI, Snowflake, and IoT solutions” “Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of (SAP & nonSAP) BI solutions
Design and implement robust data models, ETL processes, data pipelines, and data integration.
Collaborate with Analytics consultants & cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all data and Data platforms.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data and processes and systems.
ensuring the efficient operation of our data systems ”delivering sustainable and operational Analytics solutions team.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data engineering, business intelligence, and data engineering.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Intercultural competence
Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.
Extensive experience with SAP BI, Snowflake, and Reporting technologies.
Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
