- Drive the development of debonding-on-demand technologies by ideating and utilizing novel chemical and physical concepts.
- Secure innovation through intellectual property (IP) protection.
- Lead feasibility studies and projects within interdisciplinary teams, contributing your scientific insight and technical expertise.
- Manage and execute new chemical debonding concepts at laboratory and pilot-plant scales.
- Conceptualize, evaluate, and implement innovative adhesive solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners from academia and industry.
Your Profile
- University degree (Master’s or PhD) in (Physical) Chemistry or Material Science (with profound know-how in Chemistry).
- Strong knowledge of electrochemistry and polymer chemistry, ideally with a focus on battery or corrosion research.
- Knowledge in electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), voltammetry, open cirquit potential (OCP/OCV) is a plus.
- Proficiency in preparative laboratory techniques with a keen ability to evaluate and implement novel chemical concepts.
- Analytical, independent, problem-solving, and team-oriented working style with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities, confident in presenting findings internally and externally.
- Full professional proficiency of English, German language skills are appreciated.
