Your Tasks
Get ready to embark on an internship journey where you will be entrusted with a variety of dynamic and engaging responsibilities within the field of Talent Acquisition:
- You will learn how to manage our applicant tracking system, serve as the point of contact for applicants, and actively participate in the hiring processes
- You will handle various administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR.
- You will ensure all candidate information is accurate and up to date
- You will take ownership of exciting projects, demonstrating your ability to work independently and deliver results that drive our talent acquisition goals forward
- You will coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions
- As part of our team, you will assist in crucial areas such as recruitment, ad-hoc projects and various other initiatives, including our onboarding events, all aimed at strengthening our talent acquisition strategies
Your Profile
- You are enrolled at a university or are currently in your gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's degree in HR Management, Economics, or a related field of study
- You have some initial experience working in HR
- You thrive in a collaborative team environment and are eager to bring your own creative ideas to the team and make a meaningful contribution
- You have a proactive attitude and enjoy taking charge of projects, demonstrating a willingness to drive initiatives forward
- You possess a natural talent for organization, prioritization, and time management
- You have very good English communication skills, both written and spoken (German language proficiency is a plus)
- You are confident in using MS Office programs
- You are available for a period of 6 months
