Your Tasks

  • Provide proactive and strategic business partnering to the Management of the Marketing functions and use financial data to make informed decisions
  • Contribute to Consumer strategy implementation by enabling financial steering of new product development and driving effective and efficient marketing activities and budgets
  • Continuous monitoring of category and product portfolio development and health to contribute to category steering
  • Enable and drive portfolio/ new product launch steering
  • Provide guidance for business cases that ensure profitable growth
  • Accompany creation and challenge business cases 
  • Enable holistic steering of marketing budgets
  • Own and drive planning and forecasting
  • Provide financial guidance, support to marketing team to ensure that budgets are managed effectively, and investments are challenged
  • Elaborate KPI set and ensure measurement and monitoring of media campaign efficiency
  • Ensure transparency and that marketing activities comply with financial regulations and company policies
  • Lead and contribute to diverse projects

Your Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • > 4 years experience in marketing controlling of consumer goods industry
  • Track record in designing and implementation of tools and KPIs to support steering of media campaigns
  • Experience in financial steering of product development processes
  • Comfortable in an international work environment
  • Self-driven, pro-active, and assertive team player
  • Skilled communicator with a focus on stakeholder involvement
  • Fluent English skills, German is a plus
