As a leading global adhesive technology company, our Corporate Communication department drives strategic initiatives across all communication channels. Our dynamic team of seasoned professionals manages tesa’s comprehensive global communications portfolio, encompassing strategic communications, internal communications, corporate branding, media relations, digital presence, and sustainability communications. We are seeking a Digital Communications Manager (temporary for one year) to develop and transform our digital channels and our global digital communicator’s community. In this position, you will create compelling editorial content and spearhead the strategic development of our digital presence (website, LinkedIn, Instagram a.o.). You will develop engaging storytelling formats, craft high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences, optimize our enterprise social media management platform Sprinklr, and architect innovative communication strategies to enhance the company's global reputation.
- Identify and set emerging trends in digital channels and content topics, ensuring the department stays at the forefront of innovative digital communication strategies and effectively leverages new opportunities to enhance engagement and reach.
- Develop and execute tesa’s global strategy for corporate social media channels and our website
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee advocacy program
- Guide and mentor regional social media and marketing managers across 40+ countries
- Drive innovation and AI transformation in communication through emerging trends and strategic foresight
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in marketing and business units to align content strategy with corporate objectives
- As a key member of our editorial team, you will take on topic responsibility and drive content initiatives to ensure coherent communication across all channels
- Establish and oversee comprehensive performance monitoring and market analysis frameworks
- Execute data-driven decision making through advanced analytics and KPI optimization
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of marketing, communication or media sciences
- Minimum 6 years of experience in developing and executing digital communication concepts
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies
- Outstanding ability to translate complex strategic initiatives into compelling narratives
- Exceptional writing skills
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise-level digital tools for social media management, monitoring, and advocacy programs
- Hands-on mentality
- Business-fluent English and German (basic knowledge)
