Product Developer for Corrosion Protection (m/f/x)

Investigating the corrosion of metals (Fe, Al, Ni, Sn, and other metals) caused by environmental influences as well as chemicals
Development and conduction of experiments to analyze corrosion mechanisms
Continuous analysis and improvement of existing products and processes to increase quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Documentation and evaluation of results
Identification of protective measures and solutions to reduce corrosion
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to advance research projects

Completed university degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or a related discipline
Ideally first experience and knowledge in corrosion research and metallurgy
Expertise in handling ionic liquids
Basic knowledge of electricity and electrochemical processes
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
High level of communication skills and enjoy working in an international and interdisciplinary team
Fluent English skills, German is a plus
