Your Tasks

End-to-End (E2E) Process Responsibility 

  • Ensure process transparency, business value measurement and data quality
  • Drive global process harmonization
  • Review current processes and identify opportunities for process optimization & digitalization

Manage the team matrix

  • Ensure close collaboration with DIT product owners and all relevant stakeholders across BUs and regions 
  • Actively support implementation leads & specialists to engage key users and understand user needs and demands to continuously improve processes
  • Work closely with the Global Process Owner and the Digital Competence Center

Drive Digitalization

  • Work as a “Digital Change Agent” for processes and enable the organization to drive business value
  • Identify digitalization demands and opportunities (BUs & Regions) à define relevant projects à execute and realize appropriate scalable solutions (based on test & learn cases with “fail fast, fail cheap and learn” approach)
  • Develop roadmap, initiate, and implement new E2E value solutions for better CX, UX, efficiency
  • Drive changes based on identified process optimization potentials, industry best practices and external trends & benchmarks
  • Ensure actionable data insights are gained to create value from data

  • Experience in leading people in a matrix
  • Experience in digital environments
  • Several (10+) years of experience in the context of Marketing & Sales processes
  • Experience with BI, data visualization , KPI development and tracking
  • Experience with turning data into insights and communicating these through reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Business fluent English
