Your Tasks

  • Drive engagement on tesaPRO Platform for collaboration 
  • Beeing responsible for Inside Sales BNLX/France
  • Continuous improvement of effectiveness in customer management by means of tesa PRO
  • Take ownership for assigned LongTail and execute sales strategy accordingly
  • Increase overall sales for defined customer cluster
  • Onboarding customers on tesa PRO 
  • Manage entire sales tasks (remote) of assigned customer cluster
  • Collect and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system for assigned customer group
  • Build and maintain a project pipeline with new opportunities on the tesa CRM system
  • Key partner to sales team in coordinating and supporting non order to fulfillment related activities in regards of launches and rollouts, customer specific projects, campaigns, promotional projects, exhibitions and POS activities
  • Support Sales to respond to non-order-to-fulfilment customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information, resolving issues, and coordinating with relevant teams
  • Assist sales with editing tenders and creating quotations
  • Support Sales within exceptional communication needs (e.g., customer facing mass communication due to supply bottleneck, changes in assortment etc.)
  • Manage contracts and customer conditions for accrual building and the bonus pay out in a dedicated tool
  • Manage customer marketing orders and budget in Ariba (creating PO, receiving invoice, reconciliation of orders and invoice )
  • Act as back up function for key account managers and the sales team for customer demands and questions, support with urgent data etc.

Your Profile

  • Professional qualification or experience, in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing Support, or similar professional support field
  • 2+ years’ experience in a multinational company with matrix organization in the field of Sales or Marketing support, Office Management, or other service-related fields
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid analytical skill and exceptional attention to detail; strong administration skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills, team player
  • Advanced computer skills, with an aptitude to learn and support implementation of new systems, tools and procedures
  • Strong customer focus with drive for problem solving & process optimization
