Your Tasks
We are looking for a recent graduate to join our Controlling team. The candidate will collaborate in the execution of team activities, ensuring control over production performance, analyzing variances between planned and actual costs, ensuring accurate determination of product costs and sales prices, as well as inventory valuation. The role also involves monitoring the economic performance of investment projects, collaborating with the project manager in drafting approval requests, and preparing ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with colleagues in performing monthly closing activities related to production management control.
- Assist in the accurate determination of product costs, both for purchases and internal production, by gathering information on fixed and variable costs according to company procedures.
- Prepare end-of-month reporting in the controlling area (e.g., variance analysis).
- Define intercompany prices within set deadlines and ensure constant updates of information flows, liaising directly with Group functions.
- Support the proper management of investment requests and the correct opening of fixed assets, in collaboration with the GL group of the Share Service Center.
- Monitor the progress of investment projects by analyzing variances together with project managers.
- Check variances between plan and actuals and monitor economic indicators to anticipate development trends.

What you will need:
- Degree or final-year student in Business Administration or Management Engineering.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating system especially Excel.
