Your Tasks

We are looking for reinforcement for our team: Someone who supports our HR master data system Employee Central (SuccessFactors) globally. Someone who can help us on our way to becoming a data-driven HR function. Someone who enjoys learning new things and helping an organization break new ground. 

  • HR master data management: Support of global HR data maintenance in Employee Central for Local HR Admins – world-wide based on reporting needs, business needs with the goal of excellent data quality.  
  • Trainings: Independently conduct system trainings for new users for Employee Central. 
  • Documentation: Maintain and improve our documentation on Employee Central in Sharepoint and other systems.  
  • Reporting: Support with Global Reporting and Ad-Hoc reporting requests

Your Profile

  • Your plans: we are looking for someone who is open to commit for min. 1 year. 
  • Your passion: People and Data and how they go hand in hand together 
  • Your mindset: Analytical with problem-solving skills and attention to structure and detail 
  • Your people skills: Self-confident and able to express information appropriate for target audiences in English and ideally also German, intercultural competence and very good team player 
  • Your extended profile: Very good handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel (for example Pivot) and PowerPoint; VBA, BI and HR experience are of advantage , but not a must-have.
