What you will do

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead Sales Support Specialist MT DACH (m/f/x). In this role, you will be responsible for enabling and developing the Sales Support Specialist team to create a high-quality customer experience for our DACH focus customers. You will streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and contribute to the overall success of the sales strategy. Your role will also ensure strong collaboration and communication with other relevant departments. 

  • Lead and develop the Sales Support MT DACH team to provide a high-quality customer experience for our focus customers
  • Guide the team to ensure efficiency and clear priorities
  • Maintain close and regular communication with other departments relevant to the DACH region, such as marketing, sales, supply chain, accounting, and business operations
  • Act as a key partner to the sales team in coordinating and supporting non-order to fulfillment related activities, such as launches and roll-outs, customer-specific projects, campaigns, promotional projects, exhibitions, and POS activities
  • Participate in international projects
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with internal processes
  • Additionally, you will have responsibilities for defined customers

What you will need

  • University degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing Support, Business Operations, or a similar professional support field
  • 5+ years of experience in a multinational company with a matrix organization, preferably in the field of Sales or Marketing support, Office Management, or other service-related fields
  • Leadership skills, with experience in leading a team
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail, with strong administration skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Advanced computer skills, with an aptitude to learn and support the implementation of new systems, tools, and procedures
  • Strong customer focus with a drive for problem-solving and process optimization
  • Proficient in CRM, SAP ERP, Office 365, and BI-tools
